Limited Capacity filling up

After a quick intro of the experts, we'll break into highly interactive workshop sessions with experts in:
1. Entrepreneurship law (Founders agreements, corporate documents, etc.)
2. IP law (Patents, trademarks, copyrights, trade secrets)
3. SBIR and grant writing (Government grants, non-dilutive funding options, etc.)
4. Challenge grants and other government and non-government related open competitions, e.g., XPrize
5. Finance and tax (Accounting, tax requirements, financial models, etc.)
6. Funding options (Bank loans, finding investors, etc.)
7. Marketing (Messaging, PR, social media campaigns, etc.)
8. Employment law (Employee relations, hiring/firing, confidentiality, non-compete, etc.)
9. Small Business Administration resources (Free consulting, workshops, expert access, etc.)

Ground rules for the attendees:
  1. 10 minutes per breakout session;
  2. 1 question per attendee per breakout group (i.e., no hogging the discussion);
  3. No specific legal advice;
  4. You must rotate to the next group after each 10 minute time slot; and
  5. Follow-up with panelist at a later time, if you need more specific guidance.
