Women are still making 80 cents on the dollar. The gap is even wider for African American women (63 cents) and hispanic women (54 cents). We can do better. 

We welcome all genders to join this positive and productive conversation on closing the gap. We'll start with four lightning-talks from a variety of perspectives (two women in the trenches, one woman and one man in leadership). They'll each share a solution they've found in their own lives, from salary negotiation to company structure. Then we'll open the floor to questions and discussion. 

You'll leave with actionable and realistic ideas on closing the pay gap for both yourself and others!
