CodeCraft School is hosting a happy hour showing of "CODE: Debugging the Gender Gap" (https://www.codedoc.co/), followed by a lively discussion of what it means to be a minority software engineer and how to overcome the existing hurdles.

"CODE documentary exposes the dearth of American female and minority software engineers and explores the reasons for this gender gap.  CODE raises the question: what would society gain from having more women and minorities code?"

This film been a winner at the Boulder International Film Festival and many more.  It chronicles an issue that runs through the tech industry and beyond.
