We think it's important to stay grounded, especially at the beginning of a busy week.  We also think it's important to connect with friends and neighbors for support, inspiriation, and a reminder that we're all in this together!  Get the most out of Boulder Startup Week by priming your body and mind with some yoga in community.
Class is great for yogis (and non-yogis) of all levels. Yes, even you, the unflexible one. And some of Boulder's best food trucks and beverages await after class. We've got extra mats if you need one.

Whether practicing one-on-one or in groups, Jenna pays special attention to each student, empowering them in their unique and individual practice. She teaches weekly classes at the Rayback Collective, Sanitas Brewing, and the Farmers Market, all in Boulder, and usually has several other less... Read More →
