I believe that people are one of the most valuable assets of a startup. Because of that belief, I devote my professional life to helping companies create and maintain cultures that foster creativity, productivity, and smart growth. Part of that work involves helping startups identify and resolve challenges before they become employee relations issues or legal disputes. I regularly speak to entrepreneurs and business people at events like Boulder Startup Week to help our startup community do just that.

I am a Colorado native and I understand why startups choose to call Boulder home. I earned my B.A. in Psychology, with distinction, from the University of Colorado and my J.D. from the University of Denver College of Law.

I have found the right culture and platform for my work at Polsinelli PC, a business-minded national law firm. At Polsinelli I partner with a deep bench of corporate and intellectual property attorneys to meet the needs of startups and growing companies. I also serve the community as a member of the Women’s Foundation of Colorado Power of Extended Philanthropy Club, which leads efforts to improve graduation rates among girls in Colorado and to help girls and women pursue careers in STEM.
