Boulder, CO
The National Center for Women & Information Technology (NCWIT) is a non-profit community that convenes, equips, and unites change leader organizations to increase the meaningful participation of all women — at the intersections of race, ethnicity, class, age, sexual orientation, and disability status — in the influential field of computing, particularly in terms of innovation and development.

NCWIT has nearly 900 member organizations representing K12, academia, corporate and startup companies. Entrepreneurial Alliance (EA) Members in Boulder, and across the country, work towards building their own diverse technical teams and inclusive culture. The leaders of these companies make a collective impact on the local Boulder startup community by experimenting with novel approaches using research-based practices and then sharing the results of their efforts. Please talk us up at Boulder Startup Week! @NCWIT, https://twitter.com/NCWIT and https://www.facebook.com/ncwit.
